Concert Season Kickoff and Guest Night

Join us Tuesday, May 26th for our Concert Season Kickoff and Guest Night Event! 

If you love to sing, now is a great time to join the chorus as we prepare for our show in September! At our kickoff event, we'll talk about the concert, introduce some of the music, and then have a fun social meet and greet with snacks and Tag singing! 

We welcome all ages and genders into our chorus, no audition necessary! We have professional musicians as well as casual amateurs. We will work to help you become a better singer - all you need is a love of harmony and an interest in learning!

We look forward to sharing the joy of barbershop harmony with you!

We rehearse at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepard (make sure you're going to Maitland, not the Catholic Good Shepard in Orlando!). We will be in the building behind the main parking lot. You'll know you're in the right place because you'll see our Orange Blossom Chorus trailer in the parking lot!

Central Florida’s Premier Mixed A Cappella Ensemble

Orange Blossom Chorus (OBC) is the longest continuous a cappella ensemble in Central Florida. Based in Orlando, we are a community choir that welcomes all genders who enjoy gathering together in friendship and harmony and sharing our music with the community. For more than 75 years OBC has performed throughout the region, garnering numerous awards and seven state championships.

As the Orlando Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, Orange Blossom Chorus was originally comprised of men singing traditional barbershop songs. OBC is now an inclusive organization both in membership and musical genres. We still sing barbershop-style four-part harmony, but our repertoire also includes Broadway, Americana, Jazz, Gospel, and Popular music made famous by artists from Frank Sinatra to Louis Armstrong to Sting.

The Barbershop community has a unique coaching mentality that works to ensure every person has a place in the chorus and learns to use their voice to their fullest potential. If you are looking for a community choir experience that will make you a better singer and improve your performance skills, join us at a rehearsal and learn about how we sing.
